JKS & Associates LLP was established in Delhi in 2002 by two seasoned Chartered Accountants with a shared vision to redefine professional services. Having witnessed traditional models where senior involvement often diminished after client onboarding, the founders set out to build a firm where leadership remains actively engaged throughout every engagement.

JKS, the firm was founded on a simple yet powerful belief: effective audit, risk, and assurance services require experienced judgment, professional skepticism, and strategic insight at every stage—not merely at the point of signing an engagement letter or reviewing the final report. We believe that meaningful assurance comes from continuous partner involvement, deep understanding of client operations, and a commitment to delivering quality beyond compliance.
